Publisher Pro Studio · User guide

From your first activity
to a finished book.

Create, check, export, and back up your books. Start with the workflow below; use Publisher tools when you are ready to build a series.

01 · Get started

Create your first book

  1. Open Projects → New project, or start with the sample project.
  2. Open Project Setup. Set the product title, brand, theme, trim size, print profile, and page settings.
  3. Select a page in the page rail. Edit its text and options in Page properties.
  4. Use Preview to inspect the complete page. Changes autosave in this browser; use Save before a major export.

The Front-End includes Halloween and 12 activity families. Publisher Pro adds six themes, six activity families, layouts 4–5, and the Publisher workspace. Halloween remains usable without the upgrade.

02 · Build activities

Choose a layout, then check the answer

  1. Open the activity library and add a page. Select the activity family, layout, and difficulty level.
  2. Choose artwork and edit the instruction text. The current theme controls the available themed artwork.
  3. Inspect the activity and its answer-key entry together. After changing a puzzle, check both again.
  4. Duplicate, reorder, or remove pages using the page rail. Keep a cover, instructions, activities, and an answer key in the intended reading order.

Publisher Pro includes 18 activity families and 78 layouts across the catalog. Available controls depend on the selected page type; cover and answer-key pages have different controls from puzzle pages.

Design your cover and use the artwork

Select the cover page to compare six cover designs. Choose your main characters and a setting, then select props for the foreground and motifs for the frame. The cover preview and exported cover use the same composition. Keep the title short enough to read at thumbnail size.

On activity pages, selected accents sit in a protected illustration area above the task. Picture decoding uses themed props as the code; comparison games mix props with the characters; Character & Treasures prints outlined props to color. The puzzle and its answer spaces stay clear.

In Cut-and-Place Sudoku, print at 100% so the cut tiles fit the grid. Every Sudoku has one solution. Logic Grid requires one match per row and column. Word Search answer pages show the complete solved grid. Older saved books automatically use the updated print designs; check their previews and export a fresh copy to replace an older PDF.

03 · Publisher tools

Build a consistent collection

Open Publisher in the header or mobile navigation. Use Back to editor to return to your pages.

Brand Profiles
Save a named profile from the current project’s brand, subtitle, print theme, and cover template. Apply it to another project for consistent styling. Profiles are local to this browser.
Theme Remix
Create a new themed project with artwork mapped to the selected theme. Your source project is preserved. Review text and artwork after remixing.
Series Builder
Create up to six volumes for distinct target themes. Review each volume, including its title, cover, activities, and answers.
Batch Export
Select up to 12 projects. Exports run in sequence; the ZIP includes a manifest showing successes and failures. If a project fails, correct it and export it again.

04 · Export & check

Inspect the actual downloaded files

Open Export and choose the format you need: PDF, PNG, KDP files, listing assets, or the seller package. Resolve blocking preflight messages before exporting.

05 · Backup & recovery

Keep a copy outside your browser

Choose Projects → Export JSON after important edits. To restore a backup, use Projects → Import JSON. The import limit is 25 MB. Exported PDF and PNG files are finished outputs, not editable project backups.

Projects, uploaded artwork, and Brand Profiles are stored locally in this browser. They do not automatically sync to another device. Clearing site data or using a different browser profile can make them unavailable.

If “Local workspace needs attention” appears, download the recovery file first. Use Retry for a temporary storage problem. Use Repair workspace only after keeping a recovery copy: it may remove invalid records. The app must not be your only backup.

06 · License & privacy

Activate and manage your access

Open License & access, enter your purchase email and activation key, then return to the studio. A license supports three active devices with 30-day sessions. Sign out on a device to free its slot. A Front-End key opens the Halloween Builder; a Publisher Pro key opens the full studio. Refunded and disputed purchases lose access after the server receives the verified notification.

The server stores purchase identifiers, entitlement status, hashed email and key values, hashed session tokens, and limited notification metadata. Activation limits use hashed source identifiers. The app does not store payment-card details, raw license keys, or project content on its entitlement server.

Owner preview is for private evaluation and is not proof that checkout or buyer delivery has passed. Activation may be unavailable while the vendor is setting up the purchase integration.

Delivered artwork and exports cannot be remotely erased from a buyer’s device. Use the product under its license. For a missing key, lost device, or purchase mismatch, contact the vendor through your WarriorPlus receipt; never share your activation key publicly.
